SPARKLING
Marsuret Superiore Prosecco Brut (Veneto, Italy) $49.00
This wine displays a straw yellow color that prefaces the crisp, characteristic aromas of golden apples and wildflowers. The palate is intense, dry, and fresh with a fine and persistent finish.
WHITE
Genetie Les Piliers Macon Charnay Les Macon (Burgundy, France) $69.00
Immediately appealing, with layered flavor and quiet finesse. Aromas of freshly cut hay and meadowsweet lead into a palate of crisp greengage, finishing with bright notes of candied peel and lemongrass.
Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis Premier Cru (Burgundy, France) $94.00
Pale yellow with silvery highlights, this Chablis Premier Cru opens with acacia blossom, moves into a tangy candy core, and finishes with bright citrus freshness. Produced in Burgundy from 30‑year‑old Chardonnay vines rooted in classic Kimmeridgian soil.
Stephanie & Arnaud Dezat – Menetou Salon (Loire, France) $65.00
Zesty with grapefruit and gooseberry flavors, this wine bursts with energy. As it matures and softens, it will bring out riper apples and apricots.
Wolfberger Pinot Blanc (Alsace, France) $59.00
This clean and crisp style of wine displays delicate peach aromas with a hint of almonds. Smooth on the palate, it is balanced, with a creamy texture and a clean finish.
Peter Michael Belle Cote Macrostie Nightwing Chardonnay (Sonoma) $89.00
The third vintage of Chardonnay from Nightwing Vineyard, named for the nocturnal birds that watch over the land. This release balances richness and energy, showing apricot and kumquat alongside refined notes of perfume, minerality, and a hint of pine.
RED
Mommessin Beaujolais Villages “Gamay” (Beaujolais, France) $69.00
An elegant ruby‑red Beaujolais Villages with aromas of raspberry and black cherry. The palate is refined and expressive, showing ripe red fruits, subtle spice, soft tannins, and a pleasing, lingering finish
Aston Estate “Pinot Noir” (Sonoma, California) $95.00
A bright, cherry‑red young California Pinot Noir with a cheerful, fruit‑driven character. It shows notes of cherry, ripe pineapple, and raspberry, supported by lively acidity and firm, well‑balanced tannins.
Charles Pere et Fille Hautes Cotes de Beaune “Pinot Noir” (Beaune, France) $89.00
Dark purple hues recall peony and deep rose. The nose opens with cherry and raspberry, evolving toward licorice, undergrowth, and subtle spice. The palate is refined, with soft tannins and a long, elegant finish.
Matthew Wallace “The Estate” Napa Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa, California) $84.00
The 2022 vintage shows a vibrant, layered profile, blending classic Napa refinement with a touch of wild energy. Fleshy and fruit‑forward, it’s immediately approachable, with balanced structure and lively acidity that make it a versatile, enjoyable wine.
Peju Napa Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa, California) $89.00
This wine opens with fragrant notes of dried Mission figs and hints of thyme. The palate follows with berry compote, red cherry, vanilla, light brown sugar, and touches of cocoa. Bright and juicy, it offers layered flavors and soft, supple tannins that lead to an elegant finish. Blend: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec.
Vice Five Peaks Napa Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa, California) $159.00
A striking aroma of roasted hazelnut, vanilla, and sandalwood—almost like a great cologne. On the palate, it’s incredibly smooth, with a lot of depth through the middle. Flavors of chocolate, baking spice, and tobacco take center stage, followed by a long finish with hints of cedar and vanilla that linger.
Bolgheri Grattmacco (Bolgheri, Tuscany, Italy) $85.00
With notes of dark fruit and chocolate, hints of plum and black currant. The taste is smooth and fresh, with a slight tang. It’s made mostly from Cabernet, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, and Merlot, with a little Petit Verdot, and is known for its strong fruit flavor and good balance.
Ugolforte Brunello di Montalcino (Tuscany, Italy) $125.00
Aromas of cherries with a citrus twist, along with hints of cinnamon and sweet violet. The taste is fresh and full, with rich, spicy flavors, smooth tannins, and concentrated fruit. The finish is deep and complex. It’s good to drink now, but will be even better from 2026.
